Th13 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the conditions governing your use of the th13 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the th13 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as the Privacy Policy and any additional policies issued by th13 from time to time.
Use of the th13 platform is limited to individuals who:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
- Not currently on any self-exclusion list or barred by any relevant authority.
Th13 reserves the right to reject the registration of or terminate the account of any user who does not meet the eligibility criteria above, without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the th13 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. th13 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes, and users must cooperate fully with this process.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. th13 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from using the th13 platform for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. th13 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any party found to be misusing the platform.
Deposit, Transactions & Payment Policy
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the th13 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including online banking through FPX, Touch 'n Go, and bank transfer. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time based on operational requirements.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, are subject to the platform's current policy and may vary depending on the payment method selected. All withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to full account verification and compliance with any applicable bonus requirements.
Th13 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity or a breach of the terms of use until the investigation is concluded. All approved withdrawals will be credited to the bank account registered under the same name as the th13 account.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by th13 are subject to specific conditions stated at the time of the offer, including rollover requirements. Users must read and understand these conditions before accepting any bonus. th13 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
Th13 provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or the platform's suitability for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, th13 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
Th13 is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network failures, third-party technical issues, or force majeure events.
Account Suspension & Closure
Th13 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, multiple account registrations, or upon request from the relevant authorities. For accounts closed due to a breach, any existing balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the th13 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the th13 platform — including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of th13 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from th13.

The th13 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. th13 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any consequences arising from their use. Changes to Terms
Th13 reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes are published will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms. Governing Law
